Objectives

The Association has 2 main objectives, firstly to provide a comprehensive staff structure for Forgewood Housing Co-operative Limited and Garrion People’s Housing Co-operative Limited and secondly to build upon our previous experience of providing services to other organisations through the development of a service organisation.

The Association has a wealth of experience and expertise developed over the last twelve years and their involvement in establishing three new organisations and facilitating four stock transfers.  Improving the lives of tenants in practical ways is the core reason for our involvement in managing and improving our homes and fostering wider action initiatives.

The association have specialised in recent times in training groups for stock transfer.
